I posted a short clip (click on the titel of this post) from when Dr. Oz was on the Oprah show a few posts down below. I think it is worth repeating. If you listen closely, he says some very important things that we all need to think about. I have listened quite a few times.

There is a new Australian study that suggests diet may have more of an effect on acne than most doctors seem to think.
